- Finger taps: start with your hand open and your fingers spread. Take turns gently tapping each finger onto the pad of your thumb.
- Wrist release: use your right hand to gently pull back the fingers of your left hand until you feel a stretch. Release and repeat on the other hand.
- Finger spreading: start with hands open but fingers together and then move them to a spread position.
